The role requires deep domain knowledge in Oracle Cloud Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, Inventory, and AR, along with strong stakeholder management, workshops, UAT, and deployment support.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of overall experience implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud/Fusion O2C or SCM/Financials.
• Deep functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Order Management, Pricing, Shipping Execution, Inventory, and Accounts Receivable.
• Solid understanding of orchestration structures, fulfillment lines, and AR invoice generation interfaces.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, functional specification documentation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support the complete O2C process flow from order capture, pricing, and credit checks to pick-wave generation, shipping, Auto Invoice, and customer billing.
• Lead workshops, CRP, and UAT to align Supply Chain teams with Finance and IT stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data conversions, and reporting; support unit, system integration, and regression testing.
• Drive successful production deployments and provide hypercare/post-go-live functional support to resolve operational issues quickly.

Core Modules: Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management (OM), Pricing, Global Order Promising (GOP), Shipping, Inventory, and Accounts Receivable (AR) / Billing.

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Order-to-Cash (O2C) Functional Consultant to own, configure, and optimize our end-to-end O2C lifecycle. You will bridge the gap between business operations and technical architecture—translating complex supply chain and finance requirements into standard Oracle Fusion Cloud functionality while minimizing custom code footprints.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Configuration

Configure and support the complete O2C process flow from order capture, pricing, and credit checks, down to pick-wave generation, shipping, Auto Invoice, and customer billing.

Business Requirement Analysis: Gather, analyze, and document business needs, mapping them directly to standard Oracle SCM and Financials capabilities.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Lead workshops, Conference Room Pilots (CRP), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to align Supply Chain teams with Finance and IT stakeholders

System Integration & Testing

Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data conversions, and reporting; support unit, system integration, and regression testing

Deployment & Support

Drive successful production deployments and provide hypercare/post-go-live functional support to resolve operational issues quickly.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience

20+Years of overall experience, hands-on implementation and support experience with Oracle Cloud / Fusion applications in an O2C or Supply Chain/Financials capacity.

Domain Knowledge

Deep functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Order Management, Pricing, Shipping Execution, Inventory, and Accounts Receivable

Process Understanding

Solid grasp of orchestration structures, fulfillment lines, sales pick/sales issue transactions, and AR invoice generation interfaces.

Communication

Exceptional stakeholder management, functional specification documentation, and presentation skills.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
