Job summary

Trebecon LLC is seeking an experienced Oracle OFSC B2B Enhancements Consultant to support enhancements, configuration, integrations, customization, and production support for the Oracle Field Service Cloud environment.

You will collaborate with business and technical teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, troubleshoot issues, develop SQL/PL/SQL components, and ensure deployments meet security, performance, and change-management standards.

Qualifications

Experience with Oracle OFSC and B2B enhancements.
Strong SQL/PLSQL and Oracle Database knowledge.
Unix/Linux experience and shell scripting.

Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and enhancement requests for Oracle OFSC/B2B applications.
Perform requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, development, and implementation.
Understand existing application functionality, interfaces, data flows, and customizations.
Develop and maintain SQL queries, PL/SQL procedures, packages, functions, and triggers as required.
Support enhancements to screens, reports, interfaces, batch processes, and integrations.
Conduct impact analysis and identify upstream and downstream dependencies.
Troubleshoot application, data, and interface issues and perform root‑cause analysis.
Perform unit testing, support SIT/UAT, and resolve defects.
Assist with deployment, release management, and post‑production stabilization.
Prepare technical specifications, deployment instructions, and project documentation.
Ensure compliance with coding, security, performance, and change‑management standards.
