Job summary

Pacer Group is seeking an experienced Oracle O2C Functional Consultant to join our remote team. The role requires hands-on Oracle EBS R12 expertise with strong capabilities in Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, iSupplier, iProcurement, and BOM/WIP, as well as P2P and O2C processes.

You will troubleshoot production issues, drive configurations and enhancements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as an Oracle Functional Consultant.
• Strong expertise in Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Advanced Pricing, iSupplier, iProcurement, BOM/WIP.
• Mandatory experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 and P2P/O2C processes.
• Experience on at least 2 production support projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for Oracle EBS R12 modules.
• Support P2P and O2C business processes and resolutions.
• Assist implementations, enhancements, integrations, and production support projects.
• Analyze Oracle tables and AOL objects for troubleshooting and solutions.

Job Title: Oracle O2C Functional Consultant

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full Time

Domain: Supply Chain / Order-to-Cash

Pay Rate: $140K Annually

SKILLS REQUIRED

Primary (Must-Have)

• 7+ years of hands‑on experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant.
• Strong expertise in Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Advanced Pricing, iSupplier, iProcurement, BOM/WIP.
• Mandatory experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 and Strong understanding of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) and O2C (Order-to-Cash) processes.
• At least 2support projects with production support and issue resolution experience.
• Familiarity with Oracle Tables and AOL (Application Object Library) objects.

Secondary (Good to Have)

• Experience with Oracle support and integration projects.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Supply Chain modules.
• Experience guiding business users on Oracle ERP functionality.
• Willingness to travel on an as-needed basis.
• Experience in a customer-facing production support environment.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Oracle O2C Functional Consultant with hands‑on experience in Oracle EBS R12. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Advanced Pricing, iSupplier, iProcurement, BOM/WIP, and P2P/O2C processes.

The consultant will support production issues, configurations, enhancements, integrations, implementations, and business-user requirements while working closely with technical and project teams.
