Job summary

NAM Info Inc. in Itasca, IL is seeking a senior ERP functional consultant with 7-10 years of hands-on experience in Inventory, Purchasing, and Order Management within Oracle ERP, including pricing, BOM/WIP, and integration projects.

You will lead 1-2 full cycle implementations, support production issues, and guide business users on core product functionalities. Travel is required on an as-needed basis, and remote work may be needed to support clients.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years hands-on experience in Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Advanced pricing, i supplier, i procurement, BOM/WIP.
• Experience on 1-2 full cycle implementation and hands-on on support and integration projects.
• Strong knowledge of P2P & O2C cycles and ability to resolve production issues.
• Able to guide business users on core product functionalities in Oracle ERP.

Responsibilities

• Guide business users on core product functionalities in Oracle ERP and aid with regular tasks.
• Interface with ERP project team to drive feature enhancements and project deliverables.
• Resolve production support issues and work on product enhancements.
• Communicate effectively with clients on day-to-day operation related functionality queries.
