Job summary

EY seeks an Oracle MDM Functional Senior to support client engagements by translating business requirements into functional Oracle Utilities solutions. You’ll work with client stakeholders and EY project teams on design, configuration, testing and knowledge transfer.

You’ll coach junior team members, manage functional scope, risks and issues, and contribute to high-quality delivery in a diverse, high-performing environment. Travel up to 75% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• In-depth understanding of Meter Data Management functions.
• At least 3 years of experience supporting Oracle Utilities implementations (MDM, C2M or CCS preferred).
• Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework.
• Working knowledge of requirements, configuration, testing and defect resolution.
• Proven ability to work effectively with customers across departments.
• Experience supporting business process change and client communications.
• Strong business analysis, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Support design, configuration and delivery of Oracle Utilities MDM solutions.
• Identify, document and validate business needs and functional requirements.
• Align functional workstreams with client direction and delivery timelines.
• Facilitate discovery, requirements gathering, design and analysis sessions.
• Develop and review functional designs for RICE objects.
• Assist with testing, triage defects and provide knowledge transfer.
