Job summary

EY is seeking an Oracle MDM Functional Senior to translate business requirements into functional solutions within Oracle Utilities MDM (C2M) or CCS. You’ll work directly with client stakeholders and EY project teams to support design, configuration, testing and knowledge transfer.

You’ll coach junior team members and contribute to high‑quality delivery while helping maintain an inclusive, high‑performing team environment. Travel up to 75% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• In-depth understanding of Meter Data Management functions.
• At least 3 years of experience supporting Oracle Utilities implementations.
• Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework.
• Strong collaboration with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
• Proficient business analysis and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, configuration and delivery of Oracle Utilities MDM solutions.
• Identify, document and validate business needs and functional requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and design decisions with project leadership.
• Manage functional scope, risks and issues and escalate as needed.
• Provide knowledge transfer to client teams and mentor junior staff.
• Triage and resolve defects during testing.
• Contribute to data conversion, interfaces and reports as required.
