Job summary

Largeton Group is seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant, focusing on absence management configurations and client support. The role requires proven expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM implementations and excellent communication skills, offering a fully remote, long-term contract. Ideal candidates will have specific experience with Accrual and Compensation absence plans, ensuring a successful rollout and user engagement.

• Serve as the functional lead for Absence Management, focusing on system configuration, integration, and employee self-service workflows.
• Configure absence types for various global (non-US) legal jurisdictions.
• Prepare functional design documentation for reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions.
• Develop and execute test scripts for both functional and technical components.
• Provide support to clients during test execution and resolve any implementation issues.
• Develop and deliver end-user documentation and conduct training sessions.
• Collaborate with offshore technical and functional teams throughout all project phases.
• Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to ensure a successful rollout.
• Provide consistent project updates and status reports to the Project Manager.
• Required experience: Minimum 4 successful Oracle Cloud HCM Absence implementations as a lead functional consultant.
• Expertise required: Configuring Accrual, Qualification, No Entitlement, and Compensatory absence plans.
• Experience with Work Schedules, Shift Patterns, and Scheduler Profiles.
• Proficient knowledge of derived factors, eligibility profiles, and absence-related compensation objects.
• Hands-on experience with Fast Formula (preferred).
• Understanding of Oracle Redwood UI and its impact on absence pages.
• Familiarity with planning and testing employee self-service rollout.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with offshore teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 100% remote, long-term contract (1+ year).
