I’m currently partnering with a globally recognised boutique Oracle EPM consultancy to help them identify a dynamic and visionary Practice Director to lead and expand their Oracle EPM/Planning delivery capability in the United States.

This award-winning consultancy is known for delivering innovative, high-impact Oracle EPM solutions, and has consistently received accolades for both its cutting-edge delivery practices and its outstanding employee culture, including “Best Place to Work” awards.

The Opportunity

This is a key strategic hire as the business continues to scale its North American presence. The successful candidate will take ownership of the Oracle Planning & EPM practice—shaping delivery strategy, mentoring teams, and engaging at the highest levels with blue-chip clients.

• Lead the delivery of Oracle EPM Cloud (PBCS/EPBCS) programs across a diverse portfolio.
• Oversee practice performance including P&L, staffing, utilization, and delivery quality.
• Build and develop a high-performing, geographically distributed consulting team.
• Partner with sales and alliances to support business development and pre-sales efforts.
• Contribute to the thought leadership and IP development that underpins the firm's innovation brand.
• Minimum 10 years of Oracle EPM experience, with at least 5 in a leadership/director capacity.
• Proven background delivering successful Oracle Cloud EPM engagements—especially in planning, forecasting, and performance management.
• Strong leadership and commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets and resource planning.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, remote-first, client-centric consultancy model.
• Based in the US and eligible to work without visa sponsorship.
