Job summary

Expert Technology Services is seeking a JD Edwards (JDE) expert to lead technical implementation, validation, and integration efforts. The role requires strong knowledge of JDE modules, power forms, BI Publisher, and multi-vendor coordination across time zones.

Responsibilities include validating tests, debugging issues, and proposing system improvements while aligning with business requirements and security considerations.

Qualifications

• Deep technical JD Edwards (JDE) expertise across modules and business processes.
• Experience with integration approaches using JDE services and tools.
• Ability to perform validation and testing across the implementation life cycle.
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, debug, and propose effective fixes.
• Experience coordinating with multi-vendor stakeholders and time zones.

Job Summary (List Format):

• Strong JD Edwards (JDE) technical background, including knowledge of FDA, RDA, NER, BSFN, and master business functions
• Hands-on experience with JDE power forms and BI Publisher
• Experience in system architecture development, including partitioning functionality, application interfaces, and interoperability
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and structured system development approaches
• Awareness of systems management, operational support tools, and security/infrastructure aspects (preferred)
• Responsible for validating testing during the JD Edwards implementation life cycle
• Troubleshoot development issues and recommend effective solutions
• Perform unit testing to ensure application functionality aligns with requirements/design specifications
• Analyze and recommend system improvements, including risk mitigation strategies
• Conduct issue analysis, bug fixing, debugging, and troubleshooting of standard JDE programs (such as NERs, C BFNs, etc.)
• Train internal customer JDE technical teams on technical aspects
• Good understanding of integrating JD Edwards with external systems using Business Services/Orchestrator
• Experience in JDE advanced warehousing and TMS modules (preferred)
• Ability to work in a multi-vendor environment and coordinate with stakeholders across different time zones
