Job summary

Blue Ribbon Global Technologies is seeking a JD Edwards expert to lead technical activities, validate testing, and drive integration efforts across systems. The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, architecture decisions, and cross-team collaboration to ensure successful JDE deployments.

The candidate will train client teams, address risk mitigation, and coordinate with stakeholders in a multi-vendor setting, leveraging BI Publisher and external interfaces to optimize enterprise processes.

Qualifications

• Strong JD Edwards (JDE) background with knowledge of FDA, RDA, NER, BSFN.
• Experience with power forms and system architecture development.
• Awareness of software development methodologies and security/infrastructure experience is a plus.
• Responsible for validation of testing in the JDE implementation life cycle.
• Troubleshoot, perform unit tests, and recommend system improvements.
• Analyze risk mitigation and fix bugs in Standard Programs (NERs, CBFNs, etc.).
• Train customer JDEdwards team; experience with BI Publisher and external system integration.

Responsibilities

• Validate testing within the JDE implementation lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot development issues and perform unit tests.
• Provide recommendations for system improvements when needed.
• Analyze risks during system improvements and fix bugs in JDE Standard Programs.
• Train customer internal JDEdwards technical team on technical aspects.

• Have strong JD Edwards (JDE) Background and good understanding of the JDE Technical area FDA, RDA, NER, BSFN. Knowledge of working of master business functions.
• working experience on power forms. Experience of system architecture development, partitioning of functionality among applications and components and application interfaces, interoperability concerns.
• Experience of software development methodologies and structured approaches to system development. Awareness of systems management and operational support tools Security and or infrastructure experience would also be a significant advantage.
• Candidate would be responsible for validation of testing completed in implementation life cycle of JD Edwards.
• Troubleshoot development issues and recommend solutions. Perform unit tests to verify the application functionality against the requirements/design specification. - Provide recommendations for system improvements whenever required.
• Must be able to analyze risk mitigation during the systems improvements. Issue analysis and bug fixing, debugging and trouble- shooting the Standard Programs in JDE which involves (NERs, C BFNs etc.) Train customer internal JDEdwards technical team on technical aspects. Working experience on BI Publisher. Good Understanding of Integrating JD Edwards with external systems using Business Services/Orchestrator.
• Experience in JDE advance warehousing and TMS modules is preferable. Should be able to work in a multi vendor environment and coordinate with stakeholders across different timezones
