Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Production Manager to join our Oracle Health Federal Learning Design Team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the release and distribution of learning products, ensuring seamless execution, alignment with organizational standards, and consistency across client and internal content repositories. You will foster a collaborative, improvement-driven environment by working closely with cross-functional teams, conducting ongoing audits, data collection and analysis to enhance content delivery.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Management: Perform regular audits of learning product repositories to ensure consistency with the content catalog, while collaborating across teams to maintain alignment and accuracy.

  • Release Management: Oversee the end-to-end release process for all learning products, coordinating with content development, quality management and eLearning testing teams to ensure efficient and timely releases.

  • Client Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison for client stakeholders on learning product releases, ensuring transparent and effective communication.

  • Learning Management System (LMS) Management: Partner with the client to integrate and optimize content within their LMS. Troubleshoot and resolve LMS-related issues affecting content delivery. Maintain a comprehensive catalog of all LMS programs, role mapping and associated assets to support accuracy and accessibility.

  • User Access Management: Monitor and manage user access to instructor-led and computer-based content, ensuring users receive the correct learning materials. Continuously evaluate, implement and refine access protocols to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine production and release workflows to enhance efficiency and quality. Identify and implement agile methodology improvements, ensuring streamlined operations and sustained optimization.

To be successful in the role:

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and Scrum framework to drive efficient workflows.

  • Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements while effectively resolving challenges.

  • Strong attention to detail with deep knowledge of content management and learning management systems.

  • Technical proficiency with advanced skills in Excel, SharePoint and JIRA for data collection, product management, and project tracking.

  • Experience with Zoom, Slack and other digital tools to facilitate seamless team communication and stakeholder management.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution abilities to foster collaboration across teams.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in business, communications, instructional design or a related field.

  • At least 3 years' experience in content management, client relationship management and data analytics.

  • Must have proven experience in instructional design, content development and management, project management and learning management systems.

  • Must be U.S. citizen and be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance

  • Knowledge of the use of Microsoft Office Products and related applications

  • Are able to travel to customer sites, if required

  • Be able to work irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP)

  • Certification: Six Sigma Green Belt

  • Certification: Lean Six Sigma.

  • Experience with Federal or Public Sector customers

A strong health care acumen

US: Hiring Range in USD from $21.49 to $54.13 per hour; from: $44,700 to $112,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
