Gracemark Solutions is seeking a Technical/Functional resource for Oracle HCM in Virginia, USA. This role involves system administration, configuration, report and dashboard development, and migration support to Redwood. Candidates must be local, with experience in HCM module setup and troubleshooting, and the ability to create reports and dashboards using RFT and OTBI. Qualifications

• Local candidates strongly preferred.
• Willingness to work onsite occasionally in Richmond, VA.
• Experience with Oracle HCM SAAS system administration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance reports and dashboards using RFT, OTBI, and BI tools.
• Create new journeys for transactional processes.
• Provide technical expertise for performance evaluations and succession planning.
• Facilitate conversion from Responsive UI to Redwood.
• Assist with complex user issue resolution.
• Support HDL and interface activities.

Skills

Ability to create, edit reports via RTF, BI, OTBI in Oracle HCM/Data Fusion analytics

Ability to create Dashboards - global and secured

Set up and configuration of HCM modules - Core, Talent, Compensation, Recruiting, Help Desk, Safety

Ability to create and maintain journeys

Familiarity with troubleshooting end-user issues

Experience with HR functional teams

Ability to set up and troubleshoot transactional workflows

Experience with gathering functional user requirements

Creating testing scripts to support functional changes

Experience with creating automated integrations
