Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle HCM Integration Developer to join our team. This role requires a strong background in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Fast Formulas, and HCM Extracts. The candidate should be capable of working on complex integrations and writing advanced SQL queries across HCM tables.

This position is 100% onsite 4 days a week – no remote options.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for HCM modules.
• Build and troubleshoot Fast Formulas for Payroll, Absence, and Eligibility logic.
• Develop HCM Extracts, OTBI, and BI Publisher reports for business reporting and data feeds.
• Write complex SQL and PL/SQL queries across Oracle HCM tables to support integrations and reporting.
• Participate in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support of HCM integrations.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivery, quality, and continuous improvement.

Mandatory Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) – resumes without this will not be accepted.
• Strong experience in developing and maintaining Fast Formulas.
• Expertise in HCM data model, HCM Extracts, and complex SQL across Oracle HCM tables.
