Job Requirements
- The candidate is expected to have 8 - 10 years of expert domain knowledge in HCM covering the hire to retire cycle. S/he must have been a part of at least 5 end-to-end HCM implementations, with at least 2 involving HCM Cloud.
- The candidate must have expert working experience in one or more of these modules along with the Core HR module: Compensation (Workforce Compensation is mandatory).
- In-depth understanding of HCM Cloud business processes and data flow.
- The candidate should have experience in client-facing roles, interacting with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing, and go-live phases.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team orientation, problem-solving, influencing and negotiation skills, organizational awareness, engagement delivery, continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and client management skills.
- Good leadership capabilities with strong planning and follow-up skills, mentorship, work allocation, monitoring, and providing status updates to the Project Manager.
- Assist in identifying, assessing, and resolving complex functional issues/problems. Engage regularly with clients regarding specific work efforts and deliverables.
- Willingness to travel domestically or internationally for short or long durations.
