Oracle HCM Cloud Time Labor Functional Lead

This is a full-time remote role for an Oracle Cloud Time and Labor Functional Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for implementing Oracle HCM Cloud Applications, providing functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Time and Labor, and ensuring project delivery on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in the implementation of Oracle Cloud Time and Labor - complete 3-5 full life cycle time and labor implementations
• Knowledge of functional consulting in Oracle Cloud solutions
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Oracle Cloud certification is a plus

Compensation and Benefits

On target billable hours, total cost to company, and compensation are approximately $240K + Benefits (including a $120K base salary).
