Job summary

IT Impact Consulting is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant for a Newark, NJ client on a contract, hybrid schedule. The role demands hands-on work with VBCS, OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, HDL and HCM Extracts to design, build, and troubleshoot integrations.

Local candidates only; hybrid schedule requires 3 days onsite weekly. You will collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions for secure, scalable HCM Cloud integration.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Oracle VBCS for HCM UI extensions and self-service apps.
• Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for HCM integrations.
• Proficiency with Oracle HCM Cloud REST and SOAP APIs, including HDL and HCM Extracts.
• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud technical architecture, security, and integration best practices.
• Oracle HCM Cloud or OIC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Oracle HCM Cloud integrations using OIC and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Build and customize UI extensions and self-service apps using VBCS.
• Develop HDL and HCM Extracts for data migration and reporting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in Oracle HCM Cloud environments.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
