Oracle HCM Cloud Solutions Architect and Implementation Lead

This role involves full-cycle software implementation responsibilities, including designing, documenting, configuring, testing, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. The candidate must have core HR expertise, extensive Oracle technical skills, and experience with project implementations.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate global design agreements and document client processes.
• Adapt solutions for localizations and specific business needs.
• Develop testing strategies and identify project risks.
• Provide technical support and demonstrate strong communication skills.

Requirements:

• Core HR expertise with experience in Absence Management, Time and Labor, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Talent Management, Learning, or Recruiting.
• Minimum of 5 years in Oracle ERP/HCM project implementations as a technical developer.
• Experience with at least two full Oracle Cloud (Fusion) or EBS implementations.
• Deep knowledge of database structures for Oracle Cloud or EBS.
• Strong skills in PL/SQL, SQL, BI Publisher, migration, and workflow components.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with an ability to work in a multi-tasked environment and support new technologies.
