Job summary

Ethereum Technologies LLC is seeking a senior Oracle HCM Cloud consultant in Newark, NJ to lead full life cycle implementations from planning through go-live. You will partner with business teams, manage workshops, document requirements, configure the system, and guide testing and cutover activities.

The role requires strong functional knowledge, effective communication, and proven experience delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and functional advisory roles.
• Experience leading workshops, fit-gap analysis, and design sessions for Oracle HCM Cloud core modules.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into system configurations and testing artifacts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead full life cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations from planning through go-live.
• Guide workshops, requirements gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and user training.
• Coordinate design and configuration with functional leads and manage project risks and timelines.
• Ensure successful testing cycles, cutover activities, and client user adoption.
