Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and Oracle HCM Cloud experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver Oracle HCM Cloud integrations with connected enterprise systems.
• Assist with inbound/outbound interface development, data mapping, and documentation.
• Participate in integration testing, issue tracking, and end-to-end validation.
• Support data conversion activities including extraction, cleansing, transformation, loading, and cutover prep.
• Collaborate with HR, security, reporting, and technical teams on dependencies.
• Maintain project documentation, status updates, risks, tasks, and deliverables.
• Support deployment, go-live and post-production stabilization per Deloitte methods.
