Intertek is seeking an HRIS Analyst with Oracle HCM Cloud experience to join the HR Operations team in Arlington Heights, IL. Hybrid schedule: 1–2 days in-office.

The role focuses on configuring, maintaining and optimizing Oracle HCM Cloud and ADP systems to support Recruiting, Core HR, Time & Labor, Talent, Benefits, Compensation and Payroll. The ideal candidate has 2–5+ years of HRIS experience, strong data analytics skills and the ability to collaborate with HR, IT and payroll across North

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of HRIS experience with Oracle HCM Cloud
• Strong understanding of HR processes, data structures and workflows
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a global environment
• Hybrid schedule: able to work 1–2 days in-office
• Experience with HR data reporting and system integrations

Responsibilities

• Maintain and configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules for North America
• Support ADP Vantage Payroll, Time & Labor and Benefits configurations
• Assist with system upgrades, patches, and quarterly Oracle releases
• Manage security roles and user access for governance and compliance
• Create standard and ad-hoc HR reports, dashboards and data extracts
• Ensure data accuracy across Oracle HCM Cloud and downstream systems
• Provide Tier 2/3 HRIS support and issue troubleshooting
• Support data integration for acquisitions and payroll systems
• Document processes, test cases and training materials
• Ensure regulatory compliance in payroll and privacy practices
