Job summary

Accenture Federal Services seeks an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Configuration Specialist to work with project teams and client stakeholders to implement Oracle HCM Cloud configurations, including core HR and benefits, and integration with payroll and absence management.

You will facilitate workshops, generate deliverables, configure applications, perform comprehensive testing, provide process best practice advice, plan deployment, execute deployments, and support post go-live.

Qualifications

• Hands-on functional experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR and Benefits).
• Experience across major Oracle HCM Cloud processes integrating payroll, benefits, and absence management.
• Business Process Analysis experience.
• Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation experience.
• Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits experience.
