Job summary

Accenture Federal Services in the United States is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Configuration Specialist to implement configurations for Oracle HCM Cloud, collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders, and ensure successful HR solutions.

You will facilitate workshops, generate deliverables, configure the application, conduct comprehensive testing, advise on best practices, plan deployments, and provide post go-live support, including HCM table and business rule configuration.

Qualifications

Hands-on functional experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR and Benefits) roll and across the major Oracle HCM Cloud processes integrating with payroll, benefits and absence management.
Business Process Analysis experience
Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation experience
Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits experience

Responsibilities

Work with project teams and client stakeholders to implement solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud configurations.
Facilitate workshops and generate deliverables for the project.
Configure Oracle HCM Cloud applications and processes.
Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure quality and readiness.
Provide business process best practice advice and deployment planning.
Plan and execute deployment activities and post go-live support.
Configure HCM tables and business rules as required.
