Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Configuration Specialist to collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders to implement Oracle HCM Cloud configurations. You will facilitate workshops, generate deliverables, configure the application, conduct comprehensive testing, advise on best practices, plan and execute deployments, and provide post go-live support.

Qualifications

• Hands-on functional experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR and Benefits) roll and across the major Oracle HCM Cloud processes integrating with payroll, benefits and absence management.
• Business Process Analysis experience
• Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation experience
• Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits experience

Responsibilities

• The Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Configuration Specialist will work with project teams and client stakeholders to implement solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud configurations. This will include, but is not limited to, workshop facilitation, deliverable generation, application configuration, comprehensive testing to achieve successful testing, business process best practice advice, deployment planning, deployment execution, and post go-live support.
