Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Configuration Specialist to join our government-focused team. You will collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders to implement Oracle HCM Cloud configurations, deliver workshop outputs, and drive testing, deployment planning, and post go-live support for Core HR and Benefits processes.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including compensation and benefits modules, and can advise on best

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR and Benefits) and integration with payroll, absence management, and benefits.
Workshop facilitation, deliverable generation, and configuration within Oracle HCM Cloud.

Responsibilities

Implement Oracle HCM Cloud configurations for Core HR and Benefits.
Coordinate with project teams and client stakeholders to plan deployments and post go-live support.
Perform comprehensive testing and provide business process best-practice guidance.
