SplashBI is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits expert for a long-term implementation project. This remote role offers hybrid work with minimal onsite as needed, starting ASAP for a 12+ month contract. Rate is open and 1099 or C2C arrangements are considered.

The ideal candidate will conduct functional design workshops, document business requirements, perform fit-gap analyses, and design integration and extension configurations, including CRPs and client training.

Qualifikationen

• Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits expert.
• Experience migrating from Oracle EBS Benefits to HCM Cloud.
• Lead functional design workshops for Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits.
• Gather and document functional business requirements; lead fit-gap analysis.
• Design as-is and to-be business processes; functional designs for integrations.
• Lead conference room pilots (CRPs); functional configuration, testing, and training.

Duration: 12+ months contract with extensions
