Job summary

Insight Global in Pasadena, CA seeks an HRIS/HR Systems Analyst to lead Oracle HCM quarterly testing and system upgrades, maintain data integrity, and develop comprehensive HR reports to support leadership decisions.

The role collaborates with HRIS, HR Operations, and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, recommend solutions, and document processes; strong Excel and UAT experience are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years HRIS / HR Systems experience.
• Oracle HCM Cloud experience.
• Experience with Oracle quarterly releases, testing, or UAT.
• Strong HR data auditing, validation, and reconciliation experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience creating HR reports and analytics.
• Experience with HR technology/process improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle HCM quarterly testing and system upgrades, including reviewing updates, assessing impacts, validating functionality, and identifying potential issues.
• Maintain HR data accuracy, integrity, and compliance through routine audits, reconciliations, and data quality checks.
• Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses to support business needs and leadership decision-making.
• Analyze HR and recruiting data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Support HR technology projects, including system enhancements, implementations, workflow automation, and process improvements.
• Partner with HRIS, HR Operations, and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot system and data issues and recommend solutions.
• Create and maintain SOPs, system workflows, technical documentation, and process standards across HR systems.
• Manage multiple HR technology and data initiatives while ensuring deadlines, data accuracy, and business requirements are met.
