Position: Oracle Fusion Support Administrator

Compensation: $50/hour - $55/hour, depending on experience

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Oracle Fusion Support Administrator to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Gather and document functional requirements from business stakeholders.
Coordinate and support UAT, regression, and patch validation testing.
Manage user onboarding and offboarding in Oracle Fusion.
Provide first-line support for functional issues.
Maintain documentation of business processes and configurations.
Prioritize issues and enhancement requests via Jira.
Facilitate communication between end users and IT teams.
Support end-user training and reporting setup.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

2–3 years of ERP system support or functional analysis experience.
Experience managing user setup and functional testing.
Strong understanding of financial processes and ERP security.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Information Systems.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Financials or similar ERP platforms.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Experience with Jira or similar ticketing systems.
Functional understanding of accounting workflows.
