The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud (Fusion), along with expertise in modules such as Finance, SCM, HCM, or Technical (PL/SQL, OAF, BI Publisher, Integrations, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle ERP solutions
• Configure, test, and implement Oracle modules (based on project needs)
• Work closely with functional and technical teams to develop and maintain customizations
• Develop PL/SQL scripts, reports, interfaces, and workflows as needed
• Support production issues, bug fixes, and performance tuning
• Assist in data migration, UAT, and user training
• Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and project timelines

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5–8 years of experience with Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion Cloud
• Hands-on expertise in at least one of the following:
• Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)
• Oracle Supply Chain (PO, INV, OM, BOM)
• Oracle HCM / Payroll
• Oracle Technical (PL/SQL, OAF, XML/BI Publisher, APIs, Integrations)
• Strong understanding of business processes and Oracle best practices
• Experience in implementation, upgrade, or support projects
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle Certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud Financials Certified)
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or REST/SOAP APIs
• Agile/Scrum methodology exposure
• Prior consulting or client-facing experience
