Job summary

Kelly is seeking a senior Oracle SCM Consultant in the Boston area to serve as the primary expert for Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM across Demand/Supply Planning, S&OP, Order Management, Shipping, and more. You will translate complex needs into detailed designs, manage integrations, and drive data quality in a global supply chain context.

You will lead testing cycles (SIT, UAT, regression), influence stakeholders, and guide implementation migrations across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or Engineering required.
• 10+ years of total Oracle SCM experience.
• Led large-scale global projects with at least 5 full-cycle Oracle Cloud SCM implementations.
• Hands-on experience in Agile and/or ITIL IT governance environments.
• Deep mastery of global supply chain workflows and Oracle ERP system data architecture.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.

Job description

• Functional Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the primary expert for the Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM suite, including Demand/Supply Planning, S&OP, Order Management, Shipping, Procurement, Receiving, Inventory, Global Trade Management (GTM), Manufacturing, and Quality.
• Solution Architecture & Design: Translate complex business needs into detailed system design specifications, functional configurations, and data integration requirements.
• Impact & Change Management: Evaluate upstream and downstream technical impacts for all proposed system modifications. Lead the evaluation, opt-in strategy, and regression testing for Oracle’s quarterly feature releases.
• Technical Collaboration: Partner with development teams to design, test, and deploy integrations, custom extensions, and advanced BI reports.
• Production Support & Optimization: Conduct root-cause analysis for complex system issues to implement permanent fixes. Drive data accuracy, process integrity, and lean supply chain initiatives.
• Testing Leadership: Define, execute, and oversee System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and automated regression testing cycles.

Required Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or Engineering required.
