Job summary

Regal is seeking a Techno-Functional Lead for Oracle Fusion SCM, Product Hub/PIM, and GL reporting. This senior role blends functional leadership, solution architecture, and hands-on administration to drive inventory, cost management, and product data governance across implementations and steady-state operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in multiple full lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementations with design authority or solution-architect responsibilities.
• Knowledge of SCM (Inventory, Cost Management, Procurement) and Product Hub/PIM, plus GL and reporting.
• Hands-on administration including security, configuration, change management and quarterly release adoption.
• Ability to translate requirements into scalable module designs and governance standards.
• Experience with data conversion (FBDI/ADFDI) and report development (OTBI/BI Publisher).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across operations, finance, and IT.

Responsibilities

• Provide Solution Architecture & Design Authority for Oracle Fusion SCM, PIM, and GL interfaces.
• Lead configuration, data loading, validation, and ongoing admin of assigned modules.
• Coordinate quarterly Oracle releases, regression testing, and change impacts.
• Support data conversion, integration and end-to-end testing across systems (POS, planning).
• Develop and maintain OTBI and BI Publisher reports for inventory, cost, COGS, and product data.
• Guide analysts, consultants, and SI resources; ensure governance and documentation.
