Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking an Oracle Fusion Team Lead to join the IT Business Applications team in Chelmsford, MA. The role focuses on Fusion Cloud SCM extensions, integrations, and reporting, partnering with business and technical teams to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.

You will guide development across Oracle modules, support implementations, and design solutions using OIC, APEX, OTBI, and PL/SQL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
• 12–15 years of Oracle ERP experience with Fusion Cloud integrations for SCM.
• Strong Fusion Cloud implementation and production support experience.
• Knowledge of cross-functional relationships across Oracle modules.
• Experience with CEMLI (Configurations, Extensions, Modifications, Localizations, Integrations).
• Proficiency with OIC, APEX, VBCS, OTBI, BI Publisher, Groovy, PL/SQL, Forms, OAF, Workflow.
• Extensive SQL/PLSQL programming experience.
• Experience building Fusion Cloud solutions using various Oracle tools.
• Knowledge of Oracle APIs, REST/SOAP, and multiple OIC adapters.
• Understanding of Fusion Cloud SCM data models and data conversion (FBDI, ADFdi).
• Ability to work onsite full-time in Chelmsford, MA and be authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM extensions, integrations, and reporting.
• Support Oracle Fusion Cloud development tools including OIC, APEX, and BI Publisher.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Job description

Rate: Target base salary of $155,000 plus a 5% annual bonus target

Join an acute care technology organization as an Oracle Fusion Team Lead supporting its IT Business Applications team in Chelmsford, MA. This full-time opportunity focuses on Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM), including the design and development of extensions, integrations, and reports.

Help shape how critical business applications connect and perform. You’ll partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate complex requirements into practical solutions, guide development across Oracle modules, and support the systems that keep business operations moving.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
