INFOTRON seeks an Oracle Functional Specialist for Logistics & Supply Chain to help modernize a large-scale system. The role focuses on analyzing current processes, performing fit-gap analyses, and designing to-be workflows using Oracle Fusion Cloud SaaS.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage requirements in an RTM, and ensure standard solutions over customization. The position requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to obtain government clearance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant with Oracle Cloud SaaS (Fusion Cloud SCM, ERP).
• Experience in business process analysis, fit-gap analysis, and process re-engineering.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and manage them through a project lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Agile or Lean-Agile project management methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on standard solutions over customization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Security Clearance: ability to obtain/maintain government clearance (Secret) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Business Process Analysis and Re-engineering: analyze and document current logistics processes.
• Perform fit-gap analysis to align Oracle Fusion SaaS capabilities with needs, minimizing customization.
• Design To-Be business processes and workflows leveraging standard Oracle functionality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into functional requirements.
• Manage requirements lifecycle and trace them in a RTM.
• Review inbound requirements and suggest changes to processes/policies for standard Oracle solutions.
• Act as SME for Oracle SaaS logistics modules and support testing activities including UAT.
• Analyze and resolve policy/procedure barriers hindering modern logistics practices.
• Support data governance and map security/compliance requirements to system design.

Job Title: Oracle Functional Specialist - Logistics & Supply Chain
Project: Large-Scale Logistics System Modernization
Location: Hybrid, Stafford, Virginia

Key Responsibilities

• Business Process Analysis and Re-engineering:
• Analyze and document current ("As-Is") logistics and supply chain business processes within legacy systems.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis to compare business needs against the native capabilities of the Oracle SaaS solution, identifying areas for process improvement and minimizing technical customization.
• Design and develop optimized ("To-Be") business process maps and workflows that align with industry best practices and leverage standard Oracle SaaS functionality.

Business Requirements Management

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, concise, and comprehensive functional requirements.
• Manage and govern the requirements lifecycle, ensuring all requirements are captured, tracked, and traced within a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
• Review inbound functional requirements and recommend changes to underlying business processes and/or policies to enable use of Oracle Fusion OOTB capabilities, challenging requests for customization and guiding stakeholders toward standard solutions.

System and Solution Analysis

• Act as a subject matter expert on the Oracle SaaS solution's logistics and supply chain modules.
• Provide functional support for testing activities, including facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that the solution meets business intent and complies with all relevant policies and requirements.
• Analyze and de-conflict organizational policies, directives, and procedures that may hinder the adoption of modern, industry-standard logistics processes.

Data and Compliance

• Support the implementation of a data governance and management plan to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of accountable property data within the new system.
• Assist in documenting and mapping key security, compliance, and auditability requirements to the system design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant or Specialist, with a strong focus on Oracle Cloud SaaS applications (e.g., Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, ERP).
• Demonstrated experience in business process analysis, fit-gap analysis, and process re-engineering.
• Expertise in translating business needs into functional requirements and managing them throughout a project lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Agile or Lean-Agile project management methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to advocate for standard solutions over customization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance is required (level: Secret); prefer to have a secret clearance
