Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of enterprise applications PLM experience with strong Oracle Fusion PLM expertise.
• Proven experience operating at a System Integrator (SI) / implementation partner level.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion PLM configuration, customization, and solution design.
• Experience with custom development (Groovy, REST APIs, OIC, BPM, extensions).
• Demonstrated success leading full lifecycle PLM implementations (including multi-org or acquisitions).
• Experience integrating PLM with CAD/PDM systems (e.g., SolidWorks, Windchill).

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design, configuration, and extension development across Oracle Fusion PLM (Product Development, PDH, Change Management).
• Develop and maintain custom extensions using Groovy, REST APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and related tools.
• Own complex configurations, integrations, and performance optimization of PLM solutions.
• Lead full lifecycle implementations: fit-gap, design, build, test (SIT/UAT), training, and production cutover.
• Drive data conversion activities including mapping, cleansing, migration, and validation.
• Act as PLM track lead, managing scope, risks, timelines, reporting, and deliverables.
• Scope and implement integrations between PLM and enterprise systems (ERP, CAD/PDM, MES).
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and data governance standards.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Mentor team members and establish development standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex technical/functional issues and support enhancements and upgrades.
