Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/SC or equivalent experience.
• 10-15 years of Oracle experience.
• 8+ years of Oracle Supply Chain Planning functional experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning implementation or support.
• Strong functional expertise in Demand Management, Supply Planning, Backlog Management, and S&OP.
• Experience with Oracle Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Order Management.
• Experience gathering business requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, and production support.
• Experience working with Oracle Support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand supply chain planning requirements and recommend Oracle Fusion best practices.
• Design and implement scalable Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning solutions with minimal customization.
• Drive continuous process improvements across planning functions.
• Serve as the SME for Oracle Fusion Planning for designated units.
• Lead business requirement workshops and solution design sessions.
