Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion HR Senior Consultant to lead and deliver end-to-end implementations, configurations, and enhancements within the Oracle Fusion HCM environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of managing complex HR transformations for global organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Workforce Compensation, Absence Management, and others.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into system designs and configurations that meet organizational objectives.
- Lead the assessment and analysis of current People Management configurations and processes within Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Develop a comprehensive migration strategy to transition to a Position Management model, aligning with organizational goals and HR best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and define the new workforce structure.
- Configure Oracle Fusion HCM applications to support organizational hierarchies, roles, security, and reporting requirements.
- Reconfigure Position Management in Oracle Fusion HCM, including position hierarchies, position types, and job definitions.
- Customize and implement workflows, approval processes, and security roles to support the new Position Management model.
- Ensure alignment with other Oracle Fusion modules such as Core HR, Payroll, and Talent Management.
- Develop custom reports and dashboards using OTBI, BI Publisher, or other reporting tools to provide actionable insights for HR and leadership teams.
- Architect and implement integrations with other enterprise systems (e.g., payroll, benefits, and third-party applications) using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, or HCM Extracts.
- Lead the data migration process from People Management to Position Management, including data mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Conduct thorough data validation and cleansing to ensure accuracy and consistency during the migration process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to HR operations.
- Partner with HR, IT, and leadership teams to ensure effective adoption of Oracle Fusion HCM functionalities and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Lead workshops and training sessions for HR teams and end-users on Position Management functionalities and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support and address user queries during and after the migration.
- Develop and execute test plans for all phases of the migration, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Document and resolve issues identified during testing phases to ensure a seamless transition.
- Provide hypercare and troubleshooting support post-go-live to address any issues or optimizations needed in the Position Management setup.
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Advanced Oracle HCM Cloud certifications.
Experience:
- 7+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and configurations with expertise in Core HR and Position Management.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale Oracle Fusion HCM projects, including global rollouts.
- Proven experience in migrating from People Management to Position Management within Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Strong expertise in at least two or more Oracle HCM modules, such as Core HR, Talent Management, Workforce Compensation, or Absence Management.
- Deep understanding of HR processes, organizational structures, and workforce planning principles.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion HCM modules, particularly Core HR, Workforce Structures, and Security.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM configuration, data migration tools (HCM Data Loader), and reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher).
- Strong knowledge of integration protocols (REST, SOAP, HCM Extracts) for cross-module or third-party integrations.
- Experience with system security, role management, and workflow design in Oracle Fusion HCM.
