Job summary

Protouch Staffing is seeking an Applications Analyst to support Oracle Fusion HCM Workforce Management reporting and analytics. The role combines OTBI, BI Publisher, and FDI with SQL to deliver workforce insights.

Hybrid engagement in Houston, TX for 13 weeks with start in October 2026. The ideal candidate has hands-on implementation and stabilization experience across full lifecycle projects and healthcare environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Recruiting/Onboarding, and Workforce Management.
• Strong SQL querying and data analysis skills for reporting and dashboards.
• Hands-on experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, BIP data models, and FDI.
• Experience with SIT/UAT, go-live stabilization, and post-go-live support.
• Healthcare environment experience preferred due to shift-based workforce.
• Understanding of time calculation rules and workforce rules.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM reports and dashboards.
• Support SIT/UAT and post-go-live stabilization efforts.
• Lead reporting initiatives across HCM modules and workforce analytics.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define prompts, filters, and data models.
• Provide hands-on testing and troubleshooting for implementations.
