Campus4Tech is seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant for a remote, full-time role in the United States. The position pays $95,000 to $115,000 per year and involves supporting Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, configurations, integrations, and ongoing HR process improvements.

You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT and business teams to translate requirements into effective Oracle HCM solutions and drive system optimization. Travel is not required.

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle Fusion HCM implementation, configuration, customisation and maintenance activities.
• Gather, analyse and document HR business and technical requirements.
• Support modules such as Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Absence Management, Recruiting and Compensation.
• Assist with functional configuration and business process improvements.
• Develop and maintain Fast Formulas based on business requirements.
• Support data migration and loading using HDL and HSDL.

You will work closely with HR, Payroll, IT and business teams to translate business requirements into effective Oracle HCM solutions and support system optimization.
