Job summary

Talent Groups is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Workforce Management Report Developer to design and validate OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fusion Data Intelligence dashboards across Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, and more. You will partner with HR to deliver scalable reporting and workforce analytics.

The role emphasizes hands-on development of OTBI, BIP, and FDI artifacts, with involvement in full lifecycle reporting during a large Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Workforce Management modules.
• Hands-on OTBI, BI Publisher and FDI report development.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop OTBI transactional reports and BIP formatted reports.
• Build reports across Absence Management, Core HR, Talent, Recruiting and Payroll.
• Partner with HR to translate requirements into reporting solutions.
• Develop HCM reporting and executive dashboards for workforce analytics.
• Support SIT/UAT testing and post-go-live stabilization.
