Our client is seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Lead for a contract role in Lawrenceville, GA. This position will be part of the IT team responsible for maintaining and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. The role involves acting as a strategic liaison between Business users, the implementation vendor, Oracle, and technical teams. Responsibilities include configuring, designing solutions, and supporting the use of Oracle Fusion applications. The role also requires evaluating quarterly releases, assessing impacts, and coordinating testing with business teams.

Ideal candidates will have an in-depth understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, experience in ERP implementations and maintenance, and strong collaboration and leadership skills. The role demands proactive engagement with business teams in a dynamic environment.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
2. 7+ years of ERP implementation/administration experience.
3. 3+ years as HCM Functional Lead for Oracle Fusion Cloud.
4. Familiarity with configurations, custom fields, fast formulas, and integration with other Fusion applications and third-party systems.
5. Experience leading full project cycles from requirements to rollout.
6. Understanding of Oracle Fusion data dictionary and object relationships.
7. Excellent communication skills.
8. Desire to mentor and teach team members.

Additional Experience

• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and configurations.

• Troubleshoot issues, partner with IT and vendor teams for resolution.
• Create specifications for integrations and custom applications.
