Job summary

Trebecon LLC in New York City is seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Technical Lead to guide the technical workstream for large-scale implementations.

You will design and deploy interfaces, data conversions, and integrations using HDL/HSDL, OIC, BI Publisher, OTBI, and VBS, working with onsite and offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations and act as onsite technical lead.
• Design, develop, and support interfaces, data conversions, reports, extracts, and integrations.
• Provide hands-on expertise in HDL/HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Fast Formula, and REST/SOAP web services.
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot OIC integrations.
• Lead technical data migration, SIT, UAT, cutover, deployment and hypercare.
• Troubleshoot complex integration failures and production incidents.
• Collaborate with functional and offshore teams to deliver scalable HCM solutions.
• Support Core HR, Global Payroll, Talent Management, and Onboarding integrations.

Role: Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Technical Lead

Client Location: NYC, NY, USA - Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical workstream for end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations and serve as the primary onsite technical contact.
• Design, develop, and support inbound/outbound interfaces, data conversions, reports, extracts, and third-party integrations.
• Provide strong hands-on expertise in HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Fast Formula, and REST/SOAP web services.
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations.
• Lead technical data migration, reconciliation, system integration testing (SIT), end-to-end integration testing, UAT, cutover, deployment, and hypercare activities.
• Troubleshoot complex integration failures, reporting issues, data-load errors, and production incidents.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, client IT teams, integration teams, and offshore technical teams to deliver scalable HCM solutions.
• Support technical integrations across Core HR, Global Payroll, Talent Management, Compensation, Recruiting, and Onboarding.
• Ensure data accuracy, integration reliability, and adherence to Oracle Fusion HCM technical best practices.
• Support Oracle Redwood pages and personalization/extensions using Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
• Manage technical deliverables, stakeholder communication, and onsite/offshore coordination.
