Job summary

Randstad Digital Americas seeks an Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Technical Lead with 10+ years of Oracle HCM experience to lead the technical workstream for end-to-end Fusion HCM Cloud implementations in New York. You will act as the primary onsite technical contact and own integrations, data migrations, and testing efforts.

Responsibilities include designing interfaces, leveraging OIC and HDL/HSDL, and coordinating with offshore teams and client IT.

• Lead the technical workstream for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementation and act as the primary onsite technical contact.
• Hands-on expertise in HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Fast Formula, REST/SOAP Web Services and integrations.
• Design and develop inbound/outbound interfaces, data conversions, reports, extracts and integrations with third‑party applications.
• Lead data migration, SIT, end-to-end integration testing, UAT, cutover and hypercare activities from a technical perspective.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, client IT teams and offshore technical teams to deliver scalable HCM solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex integration, reporting, data-load and production issues to resolution.
• Strong understanding of Core HR, Payroll, Talent & Onboarding modules; experience with Oracle Redwood and VBS personalization/extensions.
