Job summary

Avenue 45 is seeking a Principal Functional Analyst for Oracle HCM to lead Fusion H2R implementations in a hybrid Irvine environment. The role drives end-to-end delivery, designs, configurations, and validation across Hire-to-Retire workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams and SI partners.

The candidate should have 8+ years in Oracle ERP, 3+ years in Fusion, and relevant certifications; relocation may be offered to eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience with Oracle ERP applications/implementation.
• 3+ years of experience specifically with the Oracle Fusion platform.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end solutions/designs across the H2R Track and related extensions.
• Lead workshops/interviews with stakeholders; coordinate with SI partners and teams.
• Develop documentation and artifacts (BR100, MD50, TE40) and ensure SDLC/Agile compliance.
• Monitor and optimize platform operations; manage licenses and system health.
• Pass background, education, and employment verification prior to starting.
