Job summary

Ventura Foods is seeking a Principal Applications Functional Analyst to drive the end-to-end Oracle Fusion Hire-to-Retire (H2R) initiatives in Irvine, CA. The role coordinates across O2C, S2P, and R2R tracks, delivering designs, configurations, and governance to ensure value from the HCM platform.

You will partner with business stakeholders, lead workshops, and oversee SDLC-aligned delivery, including testing, cutover, and ongoing optimization, while aligning with Ventura Foods’ strategic

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Eight plus years of Oracle ERP experience and cross-functional integrations.
Fusion-specific experience: 3+ years preferred; EBS R12 if no Fusion experience.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion H2R implementations and ongoing support across tracks.
Collaborate with stakeholders, run workshops, and coordinate UATs and production deployments.
Document designs, configurations, and data governance in SDLC standards.
Monitor platform health, licenses, and upgrade readiness.
