Avenue 45 is looking for a Principal Oracle Fusion PLM Functional Analyst to lead end‑to‑end Oracle PLM initiatives. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience with Oracle ERP applications and a strong background with the Oracle Fusion platform, preferably with experience in manufacturing.

This full-time role requires extensive collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to optimize PLM processes. The position offers a competitive salary range of $150k – $180k with benefits and relocation assistance for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with Oracle ERP applications/implementation.
• 3+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion platform.
• At least two full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations in manufacturing.

• Gather requirements, conduct fit‑gap assessment, and design solutions.
