QTS Data Centers is seeking a senior Technical System Analyst for Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials to own end‑to‑end financial processes and drive stability across the R2R, P2P, and related domains. The role partners with Finance, IT, and partners to standardize configurations, resolve complex issues, and ensure compliance.

The ideal candidate will bring deep Oracle Fusion Financials expertise, production ownership experience, and strong leadership to guide enhancements and quarterly updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials or comparable ERP financial platforms.
• Experience leading Oracle Fusion Financials re-implementations, upgrades, or major enhancements.
• Strong ownership of financial system domains in production environments.

Responsabilités

• Own end‑to‑end financial process design, configuration standards, and support strategy.
• Serve as the functional owner for Oracle Fusion Financials across GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, SLA.
• Lead month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close readiness and operations.
• Partner with Finance/Accounting leadership to ensure accurate, timely financial processing and SOX/compliance.
• Define, document, and enforce functional standards and guardrails with Oracle capabilities.
• Review solution designs for enhancements and drive regression testing and release readiness.
• Provide functional leadership and mentorship to engineers supporting Oracle Fusion Financials.
