Job summary

Staffworxs is seeking experienced Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Consultants to support finance transformation and implementation initiatives for client. The ideal candidates will have strong hands-on Oracle Fusion Financials, particularly FAH, PFM, and Fixed Assets, along with excellent communication and documentation skills.

Candidates should be able to independently manage configurations, troubleshoot issues, support integrations, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and support Oracle Fusion Financials modules per business requirements.
• Gather and analyze functional requirements and translate them into configurations.
• Design, configure, and support FAH, including accounting rules and journal entry generation.
• Support PFM including project costing and project accounting.
• Configure and support Fixed Assets including depreciation and disposals.
• Support GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, and related modules.
• Understand end-to-end accounting lifecycle and period close processes.
• Configure accounting rules and validate entries for compliance.
• Support integrations between Oracle Fusion and other systems.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and data discrepancies.
• Provide testing and defect resolution during UAT.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, ops and IT teams.

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Consultants to support finance transformation and implementation initiatives for client. The ideal candidates will have strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials, particularly Financial Accounting Hub (FAH), Project Financial Management, and Fixed Assets.

Candidates should possess excellent functional and technical configuration knowledge, strong communication skills, and experience supporting end-to-end finance processes. Experience in retail accounting and financial operations is highly desirable.

We are looking for consultants who can independently manage configurations, troubleshoot issues, support integrations, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and support Oracle Fusion Financials modules based on business requirements.
• Gather and analyze functional requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion configurations and solutions.
• Design, configure, and support Oracle Financial Accounting Hub (FAH), including accounting rules, transaction sources, event classes, event types, and journal entry generation.
• Support Oracle Fusion Project Financial Management, including project costing, project accounting, and project-related financial processes.
• Configure and support Oracle Fusion Fixed Assets, including asset additions, capitalization, depreciation, transfers, retirements, and accounting.
• Support General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and related finance modules as required.
• Understand and support the end-to-end accounting lifecycle, including subledger accounting, journal generation, reconciliation, period close, and financial reporting.
• Configure accounting rules and validate accounting entries to ensure compliance with business requirements.
• Support integrations between Oracle Fusion Financials and upstream/downstream applications.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues, accounting discrepancies, and transaction-processing errors.
• Support system testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution.
• Work closely with finance, accounting, business operations, and IT teams to deliver solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documentation, test scenarios, and user documentation.
• Provide production support and assist with financial close activities.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
• Experience with Oracle Financial Accounting Hub (FAH), Project Financial Management, and Fixed Assets.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, subledger accounting, and General Ledger processes.
• Experience configuring Oracle Fusion applications and troubleshooting functional issues.
• Understanding of the end-to-end finance lifecycle, including transaction processing, accounting, reconciliation, and period close.
• Knowledge of retail accounting workflows and high-volume transaction processing.
• Experience working with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement functional solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting retail, automotive aftermarket, distribution, or other high-volume transactional businesses.
• Experience integrating Oracle Fusion Financials with point-of-sale (POS), order management, inventory, procurement, or other operational systems.
• Knowledge of Oracle Subledger Accounting (SLA), accounting rules, and journal generation.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials reporting and reconciliation.
• Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and financial system integrations.
• Experience with Oracle quarterly updates, testing, and production support.
• Experience in finance transformation or Oracle Fusion implementation projects.
