Job summary

GeorgiaTEK Systems Inc. seeks an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials Functional Consultant to support and enhance our Oracle ERP Cloud platform.

The consultant will handle production support, financial configurations, process improvements, reporting, and enhancements across core Financials modules. The ideal candidate will have strong Oracle Fusion Financials expertise across GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, project costing and billing, revenue recognition, and multi‑entity environments,

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
• Expertise in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
• Experience with Oracle Project Costing and Project Billing.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, period-end close, project accounting, and revenue recognition.
• Experience configuring Subledger Accounting rules, approval workflows, and financial reporting hierarchies.
• Hands-on experience with OTBI, Financial Reporting Studio (FRS), and BI Publisher.
• Knowledge of multi-entity and multi-currency financial environments.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud quarterly updates, functional testing, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support across Oracle Fusion GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Project Costing/Billing.
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and resolve issues within agreed SLAs.
• Support monthly and quarterly financial close activities, journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, depreciation, and intercompany accounting.
• Configure and maintain financial workflows, approval rules, security roles, and Subledger Accounting (SLA).
• Support government contract billing, SaaS subscription revenue, hardware sales, and professional services accounting.
• Configure Oracle Revenue Management Cloud (RMC) to support ASC 606 revenue recognition requirements.
• Enhance procurement, payables, project costing, billing, and general ledger configurations based on business requirements.
• Develop and maintain OTBI analyses, FRS financial statements, and BI Publisher reports.
• Gather business requirements, prepare functional specifications, and coordinate testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Assess Oracle quarterly updates, validate functional changes, and maintain configuration documentation and process guides.

Job Summary
