Job summary

Solution IT Inc. is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Financials w/FAH consultant for a remote, six-month engagement.

The role requires leading full lifecycle Oracle Cloud ERP implementations from discovery to hypercare, with strong expertise in GL, FAH, SLA, and Cash Management, and a proven track record in mergers, acquisitions, or ERP carve-outs. The candidate should demonstrate deep RTR knowledge, effective cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on configuration skills across Oracle

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation experience.
• Minimum three full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations with ownership from Discovery through Hypercare.
• Strong hands-on configuration experience with Oracle General Ledger, FAH, SLA, and Cash Management.
• Deep functional expertise across Record-to-Report (RTR) business processes.
• Strong experience implementing FAH for accounting transformation and source system integrations.
• Proven experience implementing Oracle Cloud as part of mergers, acquisitions, ERP carve-outs, or enterprise transformation programs.
• Experience with legal entity onboarding, ledger setup, Chart of Accounts design, accounting transformations, opening balance migration, Trial Balance migration, and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial close processes, journal processing, intercompany accounting and intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Experience leading production deployments and financial cutover activities.
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex Oracle Cloud implementations while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
