Job summary

Premier Talent Partners is seeking an Enterprise Systems Developer in Austin to own Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP configurations, integrations, and production support. You will manage end-to-end configurations across Procurement, Financials, GL, and Payables, while ensuring audit readiness and data quality in a fast-paced ERP transformation project.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years hands-on experience configuring, supporting, or implementing a Tier-1 ERP platform, with a strong emphasis on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
  • Proven expertise supporting or configuring Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP within a live, production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and experience with Oracle ATP.
  • Solid understanding of core ERP business processes such as Source-to-Pay (S2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), and Asset-to-Retire.
  • Experience with system governance, configuration controls, change management, and data quality assurance.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end configuration and lifecycle management of Oracle Fusion ERP modules, including Procurement, Financials, General Ledger, and Payables.
  • Build and maintain complex approval hierarchies, workflows, requisitioning rules, and supplier portals aligned with business requirements and policies.
  • Support scheduled environment refreshes, instance cloning, and conduct technical smoke testing for system stability.
  • Participate in quarterly updates and release management activities to minimize workflow disruptions.
  • Document and maintain controls around system configurations, ensuring audit readiness and compliance.
  • Support technical mapping and master data management between applications and core financial systems.
  • Partner with technical teams to monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve API-based integrations, primarily utilizing Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Configure applications to support financial compliance, internal controls, and SOX requirements.
  • Take ownership of production configurations, acting as a Level 2/3 escalation point for complex issues.
  • Perform root-cause analysis, resolve issues promptly, and identify opportunities for system improvements.

Work Schedule: Standard 40-hour week, must work CST hours
Compensation: $59.25 - $81.16/hr

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Systems Developer to support a critical ERP transformation initiative. This role will focus on configuring, supporting, and optimizing Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solutions within a live production environment. The ideal candidate will take ownership of system configurations, assist with integrations, and provide production support to ensure seamless business operations. This is a dynamic opportunity for a technical expert passionate about hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive ERP success and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end configuration and lifecycle management of Oracle Fusion ERP modules, including Procurement, Financials, General Ledger, and Payables.
  • Build and maintain complex approval hierarchies, workflows, requisitioning rules, and supplier portals aligned with business requirements and policies.
  • Support scheduled environment refreshes, instance cloning, and conduct technical smoke testing for system stability.

  • Configure applications to support financial compliance, internal controls, and SOX requirements.
  • Take ownership of production configurations, acting as a Level 2/3 escalation point for complex issues.
  • Perform root-cause analysis, resolve issues promptly, and identify opportunities for system improvements.
Required Qualifications:

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Familiarity with SOX controls, financial compliance standards, and quarterly release cycles.
  • Proven ability to support and troubleshoot complex approval workflows and supplier portals.
  • Experience with data mapping, integration, and maintaining high data quality standards in ERP environments.
