Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an Oracle Fusion ERP Functional Test Lead to ensure quality and successful delivery of Oracle Fusion ERP implementations across finance, procurement, data migration, and integrations. You will collaborate with ERP consultants, partners, offshore teams, and stakeholders to drive testing excellence.

The role includes leading SIT, E2E, UAT, and migration test activities, with a hybrid work model that requires onsite presence in Seattle, WA, and collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Quality Engineering, QA, or enterprise testing.
• 6+ years leading functional testing for Oracle ERP/Oracle Financials implementations.
• Experience owning testing activities for at least one Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Financials processes: GL, Subledger, Period Close, Consolidation, P2P.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end test scenarios based on ERP configurations and COA.
• Lead SIT, E2E, UAT, and release validation testing cycles.
• Own ERP integration testing across finance, procurement, and data platforms.
